Things!!!

Oh look...another post! ^_^ hehehehe...

Today we had practice in school...for the Filipino thingy for humanities week. I arrived at nine in the morning...or 8:45, or something. Potassium was already there at the front lob, and Mg? Mg...was...uh...well, erika, jasper, tin and cyrus were sitting on one of the green benches further down, doing nothing in particular..

sampa people came and talked for a little while, namely angeli, erik and lorenz. And then someone had this idea to go and play patintero...and then after they were done, they went back to the front lob and died of boredom...or maybe that was just me...

>.<

Anyway, after waiting for an hour or two, people began arriving, and we began our practice. Bottles, rainstick, timbas, baldes and sandpaper. Kj was banging on the water bottle thing, and we sang...or tried to sing. I took over the sandpaper from Jasper for a while, but got lost in the whole performance nevertheless. ^^

Three sections in pisay, in the front lob, on Sunday. Sir Tacuboy came and brought us pizza! ^^ And then we ordered from McDo and then...stuff happened. Paolo kep goofing off with the free umbrella, and Chris and Cyrus owe me ten. Robert and Carla, uhm, did things, and Kj got pissed off when no one was listening to her anymore.

But in spite of all that...the song turned out okay (*dodges tomatoes*) and i was able to get home before five. Hehe. Here are a few things I've summed up about today:

1. a little cooperation goes a long way.

2. when things return to normal, it makes you feel nice.

3. potassium is LOUD.

4. people have this uncanny habit of tugging/brushing at my hair.

5. Jasper does not belong in a choir.

6. hail sandpaper. and the rainmaker really does make rain. ^_^

Clean 'n Happy, Lah!

Singapore. The city of the Merlion. Fun. During the four--uh, five day weekend, my family traveled over there to spend some time with my dad, who is stationed at IBM's Singapore branch. It was a clean...orderly city. Commuting was kind of fun, though, because I don't get to ride the train everyday. ^_^ The uh, unique smell of the indians wafted about the MRT, but that was the only drawback.

The city was cool, but everything was expensive. We managed to catch a glimpse of a Swarovski fashion show...something about their winter collection, in one of the malls. Dad's flat was big enough to accomodate us all...and all the vehicles have the driver's seat on the right side of the car. Whee. The people there have a funny accent,

"Pesi Twista?" pepsi twist

"Take the taxi, it chipa, chipa." take the taxi, it's cheaper.

"Yoh dotah can lehn...the one in the geen shat, ah?" your daughter can learn, the one in the green shirt

Hehe. We rode the cablecar to Sentosa island, which is the main themepark of Singapore. There were sooooo many people, and the place was jam-packed with Indians, Chinese, Japanese, Malay, and the usual caucasian foreigners. We also spotted a few Filipinos here and there: a couple with their child in a stroller, and a family of wide-waisted people. The Underwater world would've been immense fun, if only the crowds had thinned a little. Otherwise, it gave me a HUGE headache, and uhm...

There was also the Singapore zoo, with lots and lots of adorable little animals (THE RACCOON IS MINE.) and monkeys, and lions, tigers, leopards, polar bears, penguins...etc. etc. It was all very fun, especially the animal show, with the sea lion and all that. Unfortunately, the rain came pouring down, and there was a heavy downpour for about an hour, so everyone had to evacuate the ampitheatre...and so...

Our strolls on the streets of the city were laden with colorful observations. I browsed around in his HUGE bookstore called Borders, and walked along Orchard Road, which is best known for its high-end shopping places. We didn't shop, though, but my sisters did come home with a bunch of little stuffed beanie babies. (i want a raccoon. -_-)

Overall, Singapore was fun, but short. I miss dad already, but we'll get to see him again in september. ^_^

The Occassional RandOmnEsS...

Whee! Hi. Hi.

I just felt like posting something today. ;P Today is the first day of the week. Monday!! My dad's been home for three days already, and there are three more days to go until he leaves again. ^_^ And we're leaving WITH him! XD Isn't that wonderful? *laughs* Anyway, here is a rundown of the things that happened in Hannah's world today:

1. The Wedding Dance= the other English group. Robert and Zy. Great acting. Too bad our directors (May Day Eve) are now hell-bent on outdoing them. O_o

2. Eng Journ. Whee. HOMEWORK. I don't like. >_<

3. Um...Chem? I understood nothing! >_< Note to self: plug brain in before class.

The great thing about Monday is that it is a beginning. New things! aheee! ^_^ No, really. Less sleep-deprived, less spaced-out, and sometimes, just plain happier. Maybe because there's A REALLY LONG WEEKEND later on...*fumigation...pleeeease...there must be fumigation...*

A question posed to confuse.

Everything happens for a reason. But when you can change things, and when you do, why do you feel like something happened for the wrong reason? -_- There are infinite things about life that I don't understand, and can't begin to comprehend. I guess it is all part of the cycle, but if I could prevent the hurt, I would. I feel guilty.

A double edged knife. I think that's what it is. -_-

Timothy is well now. Jessica's little sister sounds cute. And Cy has found someone who sings funnier than Bjork. Ria is...somewhere. My family is gone for tonight, and here I am, quite alone in the house with two nice ladies to attend to things. Right now, things are spinning very fast...and I don't really have a single clue as to what is going on right now.

^_^

Hi everyone. Hannah here. I'm not crying, i'm not laughing. I'm the same old hannah you knew before, and will probably be the same hannah when the time passes. As for you, I know some things can't be stopped. I hope you understand. This takes something out of me.

But the cycle will continue. ^_^ Live. Love. Laugh. Everything happens for a reason. Let it pass or try to change it. Does it matter? Yes. Yes it does. ^_^

Pharoahs and Koromon and Cake

Weeheehee. ^_^ Today was the first day of our periodic exams, and I came home at eleven in the morning to face a disgruntled Abigial, as she sat there munching her fish, saying, "Hannah, what are YOU doing HERE?"
And I just laughed, and said, "I'm done with school." Three hours in pisay. Oh the wonderfulness. Never mind if it was perio, never mind if we had to study all day or risy failing miserably. Live for the moment, someone said. And right now, the moment means to relax, lean back, and ease the tension that's been building up for the past few days. Uhuh. ^-^

So. I've been wafting through eating chocolate cake dripping with caramel sauce and oreo cheescake, and reviewing online for Social Studies, and hurriedly pretending to update my fanfics when i'm actually not, and planning a reunion, and writing little testimonials for all my nice friends in elementary. Ehehehe.

For some reason, Mg is beginning to annoy me, and although I didn't like my second year section too much, I find myself wishing that it was sampa all over again. But that's just me. ^_^
